In stock orders placed before 11:00AM PST will be shipped within 1-2 days via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Larger orders may be shipped using the most economical option within agreed upon timeframe. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days after being placed.
Email us at email@example.com with an order status request. Be sure to provide us with your order number. You can also view your current order status, as well as your order history, online when you’re logged into your account.
Within 30 minutes after placing your order, you have the ability to put it on hold or cancel it. You can do so from within your checkout order confirmation page, your user account order history page, or your order confirmation email. If you place your order on hold or cancel it, you will shortly receive an email with instructions to contact customer service to change or reinstate your order.
Please note that placing your order on hold does not reserve inventory.
Yes our shirts are first quality. We get this question frequently because our prices are so low.
Purchase orders are accepted from schools and companies. We will need an emailed PDF copy of your PO before we begin processing your order. Payment terms for Pos are 30 days, and all Pos must ship directly to the school or company office address. For more information on the process, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.
We do not accept international credit cards.
